Company Profile |
|
| |
Since its inception in 1972, Henning Machine & Die Works has always
emphasized quality and customer satisfaction as the foundation of its
existence. Established as a production tool and die shop, Henning Machine &
Die Works manufactures high precision die components, special tooling, jigs,
fixtures, and machine parts. With an emphasis on the manufacturing of
extrusion dies for the food and grain industry, capabilities also extend to
the design and building of stamping and progressive dies. In addition, the
capability of die repair and rework as well as parts repair affords Henning
Machine and Die Works the ability to provide the customer with less down
time at reduced cost.
Acquired by Walter Danville Corporation in June of 2002, Henning Machine and
Die Works today utilizes CNC technology and an extensive array of grinding
capabilities to manufacture parts on a small batch short run production
basis. In-house design capabilities allow us to design what we build. The
marriage of the two companies allows for a broader range of capabilities
available to our customers.
Maintaining an extensive inventory of raw material and finished parts allows
Henning Machine and Die Works to respond quickly to customer’s orders. We
stock many common sizes of popular tool steel and stainless steel alloys.
Don’t have a drawing of the part or component you need? Depending on the
severity of the damage or wear, we can reverse engineer your worn or broken
part and make a detailed drawing of it for future reference. Utilizing
secondary operations such as heat treating and plating can prolong the life
of your die components, tools, and parts.
“At Henning Machine and Die Works, we maintain that customer satisfaction in
our industry warrants us the responsibility of bestowing unto all of our
customers only the highest quality work in a timely manner at a competitive
price. The centerpiece of this mission is all of our highly trained and
skilled employees which are our greatest asset. We believe in the same high
ethical and moral standards of conduct in our relationships with our
customers and vendors as we expect from our employees and will accept
nothing less. Our philosophy has always been that the right people make a
business successful. Fusing technology and skill with human value creates an
unsurpassed level of dignity to everyone at the core of our business. With
this commitment, we are dedicated to you, our customer, and look forward to
a prosperous and satisfying relationship with you and your company.”
